How Flexible Is the Service?

While dry cleaning delivery services save you time on dropping off and picking up your own cleaning, they can sometimes eat into your time in other ways. If you have to be at home for a pick up or delivery at a time that isn't really right for you, then you'll get frustrated.

Look for delivery services that operate at hours that suit you. For example, if you always work late and are never at home during weekdays, then choose a service that drops off into the evening and at weekends.

If work sometimes gets in the way of you getting home on time, then choose a service that can change pick-ups or delivery at short notice. If you're often called away on business trips, then a service that can do a short-notice dry clean or launder outside of its regular schedule may also be useful.
